Free standard delivery on all orders over €49. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Orders that include products from our local Cypriot producers are dispatched directly by the maker, so those items may arrive in a separate parcel.

All orders include tracking information sent to your email once shipped.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging
- For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics and food products cannot be returned
- Return shipping is free within Cyprus
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return

Prefer a different format or scent? We offer free exchanges on unopened, full-price items. Start an exchange from your account or contact us and we will arrange it.
